Pinnacle X Grounding cable.
The Pinnacle 4 is for larger systems that require further connections,Four Extreme cables are supplied ,being 2 x 1.5, 1 x 2, 1 x 1 meter in lengths.
Internally it has twin cores, weighing over 5 kilo for each one and encased with our proprietary Ballast. The total weight is around 25kg.
The Pinnacle range is our top performing model, your system will become quite unrecognisable once connected up ! You will never be able to listen without.
The Difference in the Pinnacle x from the Extreme model :-
The soundscape opens up even more, providing nuances and layers not heard before, more vast and most importantly the musical expression is further increased and is easily heard with voices and in particular piano, sax etc. Placement of instruments and very much Spatial depth is enhanced along with added frequency extremes and delicacy at both ends of the spectrum.
Once decided on a preference of chassis or signal ground connection which is very easily decided with experimentation, I recommend connecting two of the cables to one ancillary, this method is biwiring and gains a remarkable uplift in performance with most equipment, this is also with the Extreme model, where two cables are supplied.
Usually the DAC, media player, preamplifier or integrated amplifier is the first connection to be made.
Connect the supplied cable/s to the grounding device, with the preferred banana or spade, then connect the copper lab clamp to the chassis (loosen a chassis screw if you prefer ), listen for an hour or two, then replace and connect to a spare RCA ( a RCA jumper is supplied). Listen again for about the same amount of time and decide which you prefer. The chassis or the RCA signal ground.
Repeat this process with the next auxiliary device and decide which is best for maximum performance.
